SESSIONS: Weekly 45 minutes sessions
Join storyteller Cheryl Thornton and musician / artist Matthew Giffin for an engaging curriculum-supportive program that uses the art of storytelling as a foundation for positive character development, cultural diversity, personal creativity and effective communication skills.
Each weekly 45 minute interactive session features classic folktales from around the world, creative art projects and original songs. Students are invited to participate and offer their own insights and feedback at the end of each session. Downloadable curriculum applications are also available.
This program is also a great way for Homeschool students to interact with live performers and to connect with one another though the shared tradition of storytelling!
