A nervous bunny is frightened by a loud noise. She assumes something terrible has happened; that the world has broken and that she is in great danger. The bunny accuses a nearby squirrel of being the cause of the problem, and in her panicked state soon persuades hundreds of animals to join her in a stampede, chasing the hapless squirrel across the open plain. In the end, the stampede is stopped by a wise, ʻcalm mindedʼ lion who quickly gets to the truth of the matter. The squirrel is exonerated, and a valuable lesson is learned by all.
