A Storytelling, Art and Music Program Celebrating the Winter Season

Winter Tales is full of stories, participation, laughter, art and music that emphasize the beauty and fun of winter. Children listen with rapt attention to Cheryl tell traditional folktales set in snowy wintery locations like, 'Stone Soup', 'The Mitten' and 'The Boy and the North Wind'.

Active participation includes dramatization, songs and a story-based art project. The program supports Ontario curriculum in literacy, social studies, drama, art and music.
